I decided to replace the flooring, build in a pantry, install a bidet and give the house a fresh coat of paint. I gave them the keys and they did the rest for me. Kevin was a life saver!

Kevin helped me with my renovation 2 years ago and I was very happy with the work and the details. My condo was flooded 2 months ago and flooring needed to be replaced. I was given a month and half from the restoration company from my strata to complete the work so they can carry on other work.

I reached out to Kevin in desperation, didn’t think he can do anything about it with such  short notice and knowing he is always busy.

But he showed me the magic,  It was completed within 2 weeks since we first talked. Not only that, he also went above and beyond to help me get the approval from strata. The underlay was previously approved by strata and was out of stock. To get approval of the new material would take 2-3 weeks minimum. Kevin was able to source the material using his connections without me even asking. Now you can see why I am so appreciative. Thanks again Kevin. I feel very blessed to be referred to you.
